The world will once again focus on the capital of rare earth - Baotou
In 2012, with the further recovery of the global economy and the rapid development of China economy, a good momentum of development of rare earth industry will enter the export and domestic sales booming, China is the world's rare earth resources in most rich countries, and 80% of rare earth resources China concentrated in Baotou. Developing rare earth industry and transforming the advantages of rare earth resources into economic advantages have been the goals of the rare earth science and technology and industry. Baotou, as an agglomeration of rare earth resources and industry in China and even the world, has an important influence on the field of rare earth both at home and abroad. In order to better promote the development of science and technology and industry of rare earth in our country, to promote the extension of the rare earth industry chain, to provide an exchange of information and discussion for the rare earth industry and industry research and development, application platform, the Baotou Municipal People's government decided to Chinese and Chinese rare earth society academy of Engineering jointly sponsored by the expo.
The 2012 Baotou international China rare earth industry expo is jointly organized by the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region people's government, Chinese Academy of engineering, China rare earth industry association and Chinese society of rare earths, the Baotou Municipal People's government, China Academy of engineering, Department of chemical and metallurgical materials and Baotou rare earth hi tech Zone hosted a large comprehensive professional exhibition. The Expo was supported by the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Ministry of science and technology, the State Intellectual Property Office and the Chinese Academy of sciences.
